Anu Chhabra-Coulter
Founder
With a wealth of experience in financial services, Anu set up WIF in 2021, with a clear view to bring together and champion liked-minded women, providing them with a connectivity platform on which to share ideas and and enhance career prospects. Anu is also a proud mother to her son Harrison, understanding the juggle woman face between work and family life.
Victoria Lawson
Marketing Consultant
Having worked in both London and Hong Kong, Victoria has a solid foundation in marketing, content creation, and public realations with a background in both agencies and in-house. Having attended aseries of WIF events, she joined the team to continue to share the group's mission through, partnerships, events and collaborations. Victoria is also a dedicated mother to her son Louis.

Amanda is the CEO of Debbie’s Dream Foundation, a US-based non profit dedicated to raising awareness of stomach cancer. Until 2023 she sat as the CEO of 100 Women in Finance, where for over 20 years she grew the business to over 35,000 members.
Pamela Chhabra Malik
Advisory Board Member
Pamela has extensive experience in financial services, marketing and Human Resources and has spent over 12 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She currently sits on their Executive Leadership Development team.
Vanessa Yuan
Advisory Board Member
Vanessa is an investment professional with 16+ years of experience across investor relations, business development and strategic growth. She has worked at several global institutions including Citi, JP Morgan, MUFG, as well as at boutique firms where she has focused on growth.
Sonia Malik
Advisory Board Member
Sonia brings with her a wealth of experience as the current Head of Operations, Non-Executive Director and ESG Oversight at Castellain Capital. Her expert insight sees her speaking on panels and at leading industry events, as well as a key contributor at Women in Finance events.
Agnes de Royere
Advisory Board Member
Agnes is a senior investment manager with over a decade of experience in analysing and trading in financial markets for leading investment banks and hedge funds. She has particular expertise in European credit and equity markets and currently works at a family office.
